True Colors “We have the ability to provide white tablecloth fine dining service yet treat our guests like they just walked into ‘Cheers.'” It has been said that service can be described as black and white, but hospitality is in color. Anyone can teach service–serve on the left, take away on the right, fold a napkin precisely. Genuine hospitality, however, cannot be taught. We like to think we shine in how we really make you feel when you come through our doors. We like you. We truly do. And we hope that shows. You are not customers to us–you’re our
