Starting January Right January is the month to start anew, as we gladly say goodbye to 2020. This first month of the New Year is also National Meat Month. While we love our steaks, we do have fantastic pairings to go along with each and every entree to make it a completely delectable meal! There are benefits to eating our proteins: -Iron Rich! Meat, fish and poultry contain heme iron, which helps prevent anemia and helps absorb non-heme iron as well! -Meat is a natural source of vitamin B12, which promotes brain development in children and helps your nervous system
