What a meal! Being a braised short rib fan, I’m always on the lookout for the dish. Tony’s variety features a generous (doggie bag generous) portion of the succulently Guinness–braised meat in a dark, thick gravy, all piled up against the mashed potatoes. The beef is fork tender and loaded with the rich flavors of the beef and gravy. I recommend the dish as a real crowd–pleaser.
