We load our baked potatoes with an abundance of cream and butter, then add salt and white pepper. White pepper has a pleasing taste that pairs perfectly with the creaminess of the mashed potatoes.

White peppercorns start out the same way as black peppercorns; the outer layer is simply removed. Often more aromatic with floral and spice notes, white pepper has a shorter shelf life.
